Delete your account (removes your data)

You can delete your account at any time from within the app, in Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your workspaces and their content, your profile, and your connected social accounts and their stored access tokens, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Remove a connected social account

If you connected a social account (for example Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn) to publish content, you can disconnect it at any time in Settings → Connected Accounts. Disconnecting immediately revokes HaposAI's access and deletes the access tokens and account details we stored for that connection.

You can also revoke HaposAI's access from the platform itself — for Facebook and Instagram, in your Facebook Settings → Security and login → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites). Doing so ends our access to that account's data.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access your account, or you want us to delete your data on your behalf, contact us through our contact page and ask for account and data deletion. Please write from the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request. We will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.

What gets deleted

A deletion removes your account, your workspaces and their content (briefs, brand profiles, audiences, plans, generated content and rendered media), your usage records, and your connected-account tokens and details. We do not sell your data, and we do not keep social-account data after a connection is removed, except where retention is required by law.
