Information we collect

We collect:

• Account data — name, email, and authentication details (password hashes or Google sign-in identifiers).
• Content you create — briefs, brand profiles, audiences, content plans, and generated content within your workspaces.
• Usage data — feature usage and AI consumption, used for limits, billing, and improving the product.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and operate the service, generate content you request, enforce plan limits, process payments, secure accounts, and communicate with you about the product.

AI processing

To generate content, the briefs and context you submit are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to produce output. We don't sell your content, and we don't use your private workspace content to train third-party models beyond what's required to fulfil your request.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run the service, including OpenAI (AI generation), Stripe (payments), and our hosting and database providers. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete content at any time; deleting your account removes associated data, subject to any retention we're legally required to keep.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from within the app or by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights over your personal data.
