These terms govern your access to and use of HaposAI, a product operated by Karis Services Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under it. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
Acceptable use
Don't use HaposAI to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate harmful or deceptive content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. You're responsible for ensuring the content you publish complies with the policies of the platforms you post to.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing page or the customer portal; changes take effect according to your billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, to store your content and send it to our AI provider to generate the output you request).
AI-generated output
HaposAI uses AI to generate suggestions. Output can be inaccurate or unsuitable, so you should review it before publishing. You're responsible for the content you choose to use.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.
